We are excited to announce Mead’s Summer Block Party that will be held Saturday, June 8, 2024 from 3:00pm-8:00pm at the Mead Town Park! Festivals of all sorts have been creating memories for young and old. This year’s Signature Summer Event will unite local businesses and the amazing people in and around Mead!
Mead’s Summer Block Party would not be possible without corporate sponsors. It is only through partnerships with local companies that we can provide great family entertainment at such a low price or even free. In return, the Summer Block Party can offer high-profile advertisements to corporations on a variety of levels. By becoming one of our exclusive sponsors, you can reach a wide audience and demonstrate your commitment to our relationships.
This years Mead’s Summer Block Party is offering four levels of corporate sponsorships to our partners:
Level IV Sponsor (Presenter) $1000
Company name and logo printed on all advertising including social media and printed on the Event Schedule. You will also receive Eight Complimentary Adult Beverages on the day of the event. If you are a Mead Area Chamber Member, you will receive a Prime Vendor Booth Location and a Complimentary Member Directory. You will also have an opportunity to speak briefly at the event.
Level III Sponsor (Stage) $500
Company name and logo printed on all advertising including social media and printed on the Event Schedule. You will also receive Four Complimentary Adult Beverages on the day of the event. If you are a Mead Area Chamber Member, you will receive a Prime Vendor Booth Location and a Complimentary Member Directory.
Level II Sponsor (Food) $250
Company name and logo printed on all advertising, including social media and printed on the Event Schedule. You will receive Two Complimentary Adult Beverages on the day of the event. If you are a Mead Area Chamber Member, you’ll receive a Prime Vendor Booth location and a complimentary Member Directory.
Level I Sponsor (Activity) $100
Company name and logo printed on all advertising, including social media and printed on the Event Schedule. If you are a Mead Area Chamber Member, you’ll receive a Prime Vendor Booth location and a Complimentary Member Directory.
