Founded in 2025 by Henry and Margarita with a shared love for bold, honest flavors—our name honors the family hands that stir every pot and fire every grill.

We partner with Northern Colorado farmers to bring peak-season produce, pasture-raised meats straight to your hand. From our hand-rolled breakfast burritos bursting with cage-free eggs, assorted fresh ingredients and also our house made chorizo, to lunchtime green chili burritos, made with roasted Hatch New Mexico chilies, all crafted in-house, never pre-packaged. Our signature Hatch New Mexico Green Chile —is slow-simmered for hours and added to almost every burrito we make.
