Summer Block Party Food Vendor Application

We are excited to extend this invitation to you for our Mead’s Summer Block Party that will be held Saturday, June 13, 2026 from 4-8pm at Mead Town Park!

Food vendor applications will be reviewed and accepted on a first-come first-served basis. Please note that only one vendor per type of food or dessert will be approved.

NOTE: electricity is NOT available

Two ways to register! You can fill out the form on this page (including uploading copies of the various documents required) or download a paper form, fill it out and mail it in to the address on the form. The deadline for receipt of registration and all forms is May 27, 2026.

Step 1 – Decide which applications you need

Please see Food Vendor License Types at Events in Weld County to help you decide which applications you need to submit.

Step 2 – Gather copies of completed applications and licenses

• Copy of the vendor’s Colorado Retail Food Establishment License
• Copy of the vendor’s Colorado sales tax license
