Derby Dash Sponsorship

We are currently seeking 12 or more businesses to sponsor a “horse” for the 5K fun run/walk. Each “horse” will
actually be a Mead Middle School Track runner and they will each wear a bib with your business name and logo on it.

Your business name and logo will also appear on the wage table. We will have the public choose their choice for
winner by purchasing $5 tickets and placing their “bets” into boxes with your logo’s on them. At the end of the race,
we will draw a name from the winning horses box and split the winnings with the name that has been randomly
selected. The top 3 horses/jockeys will receive prizes.

We are also offering the following sponsorship opportunities for you:

  • Be a Corporate Sponsor ($500)
  • Sponsor an event ($100)

Long's Insurance First Annual Coat Drive

When: September 19th through 22nd, 2016

Where: Long’s Insurance Agency, 7800 Miller Dr, Unit C, Frederick, CO 80504

Mead Drop-off Location: K2 Communication, 339 Main St., Mead, CO  80542

Long's Insurance Coat Drive

We know that summer is in full swing but sooner than we think, the nights will be getting colder and the days will be getting shorter, and we will all be out buying new coats for the kids who have outgrown the ones they had last year, and we adults will be looking longingly at the newest winter coat styles. So why not bring those older (gently used and clean) coats to our Coat Drive to help out those less fortunate. Long’s Insurance Agency is having our 1st Annual Winter Coat Drive to join together people who have coats that they are no longer using with people who are in need of warm winter coats.

So jot down this date on your calendar and come by with those gently used clean coats (we will even welcome new coats if you want to donate those) and Long’s Insurance will make sure that they find a good home in our communities.

MACC Golf Tourney 2016

It was a great day for golf, and golf we did!

We had a good turn-out and great prizes from our sponsors.

The winner was the team from Total Concrete Services, but I bet they can’t do it again next year!
