Member Listing & Directory
Individual and business members will receive listings in the MACC website along with a link to their website, a link to email the individual or business member, as well as a listing in the Mead Chamber of Commerce & Town of Mead combined directory which will include the business web address.
Business Development Workshops
All businesses need the ability to learn and grow as the business world changes if they are expected to remain competitive in their markets. As a member of the Chamber you will have the opportunity to gain the necessary tools and knowledge you need through attending chamber-sponsored workshops specifically designed to help build your business.
One-on-One Business Counseling
The Chamber has the unique opportunity to offer One-on-One Business Counseling which will help give you information on managing, reorganization, marketing, and more. All One-on-One Business Counseling must be scheduled in advance.
Each month the Chamber will host networking events which will give members the opportunity to make new contacts and build a support system. Additionally, over the course of the next year the Chamber plans to increase the schedule of events to include luncheon and breakfast events. A good way to support each other is to offer a discount to other MACC Members. Take advantage of current Members Discounts. You can post a Member Discountl yourself and update it any time you wish.
To assist businesses find qualified employees, the Chamber has added a job posting page. Advertise a position with your company on the Chamber website for 30 days or until you inform the us that the position has been filled.
Shop Local Deals
The Shop Local Deals program allows members the ability to promote new deals their business is currently offering. Each deal will be promoted on the MACC website on the Shop Local Deals page.
Periodically, the Chamber receives inquires for referrals on products or services. Chamber members are on the top of our referral list.
Each month the Chamber will spotlight a Featured Business of the month on the Chamber website. Features will include information on the business, the owners, their goals, their services and products and more.
Member 2 Member Bartering
The current state of the economy has dramatically impacted businesses of every shape and size. Bartering is an option that is becoming a bigger trend and can be a huge asset to businesses. The Chamber has set up a Member 2 Member Bartering page. Businesses who are interested in bartering have the opportunity to list Information on what products and services they are interested in exchanging, along with contact information.
Ribbon Cutting Ceremony
New and current Chamber members are invited to have a ribbon cutting ceremony. They are a wonderful way to share information about a business with the community. Photos and announcements will be included in the Chamber e-newsletter and in print.
Sponsorship / Advertising
During the course of each year the Chamber hosts numerous events and publishes multiple pieces of material for the community. Chamber members have priority for sponsorship and advertising opportunities.
The Chamber is always sponsoring community events, which means that when these events take place Chamber members have top priority to take part as volunteers, vendors, sponsors, etc. Be a MACC Sponsor and spread your brand throughout the area!

In life as in business there are times when having a mentor is extremely beneficial. Thru the Chamber experienced business owners will be matched with new business owners in an effort to help them navigate the world of business.
As a member of the Chamber you will have the opportunity to bring guests with you to Chamber events. Each Chamber member will receive two guest passes with their Chamber membership.
